Discover Aurora Rosé, a still, dry rosé crafted from Cabernet Franc and Cinsault grapes in the Batroun mountains of North Lebanon. At 900 meters altitude, the 10-15-year-old vines thrive on limestone and clay terraces, cultivated with eco-conscious and dry-farming practices that ensure optimal quality with just 8 grape clusters per vine.

Handpicked at the end of August, the grapes are gently pressed with minimal skin contact. The juice undergoes fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness before being bottled four months after harvest.

This rosé boasts a blush pink hue with an inviting nose of fresh red berries such as raspberries and strawberries. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with medium to high acidity, offering vibrant flavors of strawberry and raspberry that lead to a silky, long-lasting finish.

Perfectly paired with salmon, grilled chicken, tuna, egg-based dishes like quiches or spinach feta tarts, charcuterie, duck, pink lamb, or roasted vegetables. Soft cheeses like brie and Camembert also make an excellent match. Serve chilled at 8°C for the best experience.

"Dark purple, well balanced and soft tannins, dark fruit, especially plum and black cherry, coffee finish and pepper aftertaste. Best with game dishes, can be enjoyed alone as well."

RATED 4.2 ON VIVINO BY HRAIRK

"Wow- absolutely delicious with kofte kebabs. Medium bodied with red and dark cherries and then a fantastic oakiness from the barrel ageing. Finishes with a herbal note that lingers. Lovely."

RATED 5.0 ON VIVINO BY MARCUS REES R

"If you are looking to explore wines from Lebanon then Chateau Aurora should definitely be on your radar. They are a relatively new step up and seemed to have it off from day one. It's a Cab Sauvignon/Merlot blend that's smooth and beautifully balanced."
