Description

Cuvée N, a tribute to the winemaker’s wife Nathalie, is a still, dry white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown at 900 meters altitude in Aoura, North Lebanon. Produced with eco-conscious practices, these 15-20-year-old vines yield a wine of vibrant green hues with subtle purple undertones.

On the palate, enjoy crisp citrus fruit, melon, and gooseberry flavors, complemented by lively acidity, hints of grapefruit, and a long mineral finish. Perfect with green vegetables, delicate seafood, fresh herbs, or tangy dairy like goat cheese. Serve chilled at 6-8°C. Limited production: 3,500 bottles.
