Delivery Information
Wine shipments require a signature from an adult (21 years or older) at the time of delivery. We will not deliver wine to anyone visibly intoxicated, and if age verification cannot be provided, the shipment will be withheld until proper ID is shown. In such cases, the order may be held at a local depot until identification is presented, or it may be returned to us in its original condition, restocked, and refunded.
If a shipment is returned to the sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for all associated return costs.
Shipping fees cover third-party transit and product handling. Orders are shipped once payment authorization and settlement are completed.
Reroutes & Cancellations
Cancellation after the wines are dispatched or intercept requests will incur both the handling fee and shipping charges.
Returns
At Aurora Winery, we prioritize delivering the finest quality wines. Returns of alcoholic beverages are only accepted if the product is physically damaged. Photos are required to begin the claims process.
Damaged Orders
While we take great care in packing your wine, sometimes accidents happen. If your bottles arrive damaged, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team for a swift resolution.
Faulty Orders
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective wines purchased directly from our winery with the same or a similar substitute. However, we cannot replace Aurora Winery wines bought from other retailers or restaurants. You may be asked to return the remaining wine and cork for testing and quality assurance purposes.
