ROSÉ
A pure Cabernet Franc Rosé
With a long cool growing season and limestone claylike soils, these Cabernet Franc grapes have been specifically grown for this wine at an altitude to produce this refined Cabernet Franc Rosé. This small batch wine has been carefully produced by our dry farmed and handpicked vineyards by the beginning of September. They are received cool at the winery, gently pressed and fermented in chilled stainless steel tanks to for optimal fruit expression and freshness.
Tasting Notes
Our Rosé is incredibly aromatic with an elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries and wild flowers. The palate is velvety and supple with dominant notes of raspberries and cream, ending with a long and delicate finish.
