This Pinot Noir was grown on our highest parcel in Aoura, Batroun at 950M altitude. These are terraces facing the Mediterranean sea with claylike limestone soils having good sun and cool eastern wind exposure on summer nights. These vines were planted in 2012 when the founder and his son came back from an inspirational wine trip in France. The grapes are carefully handpicked and are harvested end of August.
This is a small batch production, of only 800-900 bottles annually.
